On December 21, 2020, the "Overseas Business Transformation and Informatization Project Kick-off Meeting" was held at Ningbo Jisheng Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.

At the kick-off meeting, Mr. Luo, the Project Director of Jisheng, first explained the background of the overseas business transformation and informatization project. He analyzed the existing problems, pain points, and current status of the overseas business, emphasizing the implementation of transformation through informatization.

The company's Project Manager, Zhang Biao, provided a detailed analysis of the project's scope, core objectives, implementation methodology, project management system, project team, milestone nodes, service system, as well as key focus areas and risk points for each implementation phase.

Mr. Yang, the Project Manager of Jisheng Electric, introduced the composition and responsibilities of the Jisheng project team. He pointed out the need to gain a deep understanding of the pain points within the current Overseas Business Division and, based on these business pain points, stretch the entire process from order receipt to order fulfillment, establishing business standards through the introduction of an IT system.

Subsequently, Mr. Tang, the head of the Overseas Business Division, expressed his stance on the project's implementation.
