Core Product Value
Industrial IO Acquisition · Modbus Protocol Conversion · MQTT Cloud Platform Integration
Focusing on flexible multi-mode networking, precise IO acquisition, seamless protocol conversion, and highly reliable data cloud transmission to precisely solve the pain points of workshop equipment networking and data acquisition.
(1) Tri-Mode Networking & Automatic Switching: Adapt to Any On-site Network Environment
Supports three networking modes: wired Ethernet (10/100M auto-adaptive), WiFi (2.4GHz), and 4G Cat.1 (full-network compatible). The communication modules use a plug-and-play interchangeable design with identical pinouts, allowing for flexible configuration as needed. Features intelligent network priority management (Wired > Wireless), automatically and seamlessly switching to wireless upon wired connection loss to ensure uninterrupted data transmission. This provides the optimal networking solution for workshops with WiFi coverage, standalone devices without network infrastructure, or secure closed-network environments.
(2) Multi-Mode IO Acquisition & Linkage Control: Meet Complex Production Line Reporting Needs
Provides 4 channels of NPN optocoupler-isolated digital inputs, supporting three independent configuration modes: status monitoring, button counting, and high-speed pulse counting (up to 10KHz). A configurable 10-500ms filter time effectively eliminates contact bounce interference. Equipped with 2 channels of relay dry contact outputs (DC 30V/2A), supporting remote control and local logic linkage (e.g., controlling tricolor lights). The counter values are stored in non-volatile circular memory (with a maximum of 128 historical slots), enabling the completion of workstation manual reporting, automatic yield statistics, and abnormal status monitoring without the need for a PLC.
(3) Modbus Protocol Conversion & MQTT Cloud Uploading: Break Down System Barriers for Data Interoperability
Built-in standard Modbus TCP Slave and RTU interfaces map all device parameters and IO states to registers, allowing local PLCs/HMIs/SCADA systems to read and write directly, easily realizing cross-protocol gateway functionality. Simultaneously supports the standard MQTT v3.1.1 protocol and JSON data format, with device attributes actively reported at configurable intervals (1-65535 seconds). It also supports cloud platform-downloaded configuration commands that take effect in real-time. With offline data caching and automatic reconnection mechanisms, its built-in circular buffer ensures zero data loss, seamlessly integrating with the RH-BOX cloud platform for cross-regional remote monitoring.
(4) Dual-Partition Remote Upgrade & Industrial-Grade Design: Ensure Long-Term Stable Operation
Supports Ethernet IAP online upgrades with a dual-partition design (Bootloader 64KB + APP 448KB), automatically rolling back in case of upgrade failure, effectively eliminating the risk of devices becoming "bricked" and enabling firmware iteration without opening the box. Powered by a high-performance STM32F407VE processor and the RT-Thread real-time operating system, it supports a wide temperature range (-40 to 85°C) and humidity (5 to 95% RH non-condensing), with an IP30 protection rating. It offers wall-mounting and 35mm DIN rail installation options in a compact size (108×83×47mm), making it perfectly suited for 7*24 hour stable operation in various harsh industrial environments.
