A configurable 10-500ms filter time effectively eliminates contact bounce interference. Equipped with 2 channels of relay dry contact outputs (DC 30V/2A), supporting remote control and local logic linkage (e.g., controlling tricolor lights). The counter values are stored in non-volatile circular memory (with a maximum of 128 historical slots), enabling the completion of workstation manual reporting, automatic yield statistics, and abnormal status monitoring without the need for a PLC.
