In today's highly competitive market environment, intelligent manufacturing is no longer a choice, but a necessary condition for the survival and development of enterprises. Recently, our successful smart manufacturing project in Huada Technology's Guangzhou factory has been widely recognized in the industry, so it is a great honor to be entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out this important project again in Wuhan factory. For this reason, a special kick-off meeting was held to officially announce the start of the intelligent manufacturing project in Wuhan Factory. This is not only the beginning of a new project, but also a new journey of technological innovation and management upgrading.

Project planning phase, A detailed blueprint report was first presented. At this stage, planning is carried out around management issues, with IT basic data and auxiliary process support, and customized development planning is carried out. Organized a blueprint report meeting to the top of the company and all employees, and reached a consensus on project planning through in-depth communication and discussion.

The next implementation coaching phase is a crucial part of the overall project. Process simulation will be used to familiarize key users and end users with future job models and further explore potential differences. This is not only the operation of the function of teaching, more important is to let the user have a clear understanding of the timing and results of the operation.

During the on-line phase of the system, the strategy of completely replacing the old system with the new system was adopted to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In the initial stage of launch, our consultants and service personnel will be on-site support, continuously monitor the operation of the system, and continuously analyze and improve it through weekly launch review meetings, combined with the customer's operation monitoring system.

The tracking and improvement phase is the last step of the project, and the target benefits of the current phase will be quantified according to the expected benefit objectives planned by the management issues. At the project closing meeting, a consensus will be reached with the client on the status of project management issues, planning objectives, project benefits, improvement suggestions, etc., and the Project Cclosing Report will be signed.
