2. The customer's original pain points
Combined with the actual project, the pain points are described as follows:
Production coordination pain point : large order fluctuation, multi-variety and small batch, frequent plan adjustment and emergency order insertion lead to cross-department coordination fault; Production plan is out of line with actual progress, quantity, location and status of work-in-process (WIP) are opaque, and abnormal response is lagging behind.
Quality traceability pain point :IATF16949 traceability requirements are high, but the production process lacks closed-loop management and quality risks are high. The data of people, machines, materials, methods and loops are not connected, it is difficult to meet the stringent audit and traceability needs of BMW, Volkswagen and other host plants.
