Solution

By implementing an integrated MES, WMS, and IoT system, we manage materials throughout their entire lifecycle. 1. Case Basics 
Case Title: double Ring Drive (Dalian Huanchuang) | Drive System Parts Digitization (MES + WMS + IoT) Landing Case 

Customer Name : dalian Huanchuang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Shuanghuan Group)

Industry : Auto Parts, Transmission System 

Enterprise size : annual output value of about 0.5 billion, first-class supplier of Volkswagen transmission 

Project cycle : phase I MES + WMS + IoT, Phase II Quality Management Module 

 

2. The customer's original pain points 
Combined with the actual project, the pain points are described as follows:

Quality traceability pain points : it is difficult to quickly locate the root cause after quality problems occur, and the cost of rework and repair is high. The definition of problem batches is vague, which affects customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Cost/inventory pain point : inventory backlog seriously leads to high capital occupation and high operating cost. Under the traditional management mode, the profit margin continues to be compressed and the supply chain response lags behind.

Management/data pain point : data collection in the production process lags behind and cannot be traced back to the whole process. Manual judgment is prone to errors and lacks real-time warning, resulting in untimely discovery of quality problems.

Equipment/system pain points : equipment data are scattered and lack of unified collection channels; The integration degree between systems is low, the data flow depends on labor, and the management efficiency is low. 

 

3. Our solution :  with "precision traceability, lean control, and data-driven" as the core, the customized solution is as follows:

Deployment system :MES Manufacturing Execution System + WMS Warehouse Management System + IoT Device IoT Platform + QMS Quality Management Module 

Hardware Configuration :PDA mobile terminal, PC workstation, automatic production line data acquisition terminal, visual kanban 

Implementation content : implemented in two phases, the first phase to build MES + WMS + IoT basic platform, the second phase deepens the quality management module, establishes the "one thing, one code" whole process traceability system, and realizes lean inventory management and equipment networking.

System integration : fully integrate ERP system to open up the full link data from order to delivery; Realize automatic data collection of detection equipment and build a visual management cockpit.
