We provide comprehensive support, from software/hardware solution evaluation and deployment to training platforms and fundamental knowledge workshops. Our model management library and the auto-annotation software, co-developed with Zhejiang University, support one-click dataset splitting, AI inference evaluation, and model export (RKNN/ONNX). This boosts annotation efficiency by over 70%, empowering users to quickly master deep learning and independently train & deploy AI models for both existing and new products. This eliminates dependence on the vendor's team and reduces iteration costs.
(2) Multi-Algorithm Fusion & Self-Developed Recognition Engine: Tackling Complex Industrial Scenarios
By integrating mainstream algorithms such as object detection, instance segmentation, and OCR, we cover the vast majority of industrial visual inspection scenarios. Our self-developed multi-phase recognition algorithm offers flexible, platform-based configuration to precisely address defects on irregular, multi-faceted, and complex materials. The self-developed multi-process recognition algorithm supports free configuration to meet the quality inspection demands of multi-step, highly complex product processes. This breaks the limitations of traditional AI solutions' poor generalization ability, connects multiple inspection points into a complete quality chain, and eliminates "inspection islands".
(3) Data Persistence & Deep MES Integration: Achieving a Digital Closed Loop
Inspection results are stored in the MES system in real-time, supporting visual traceability. This thorough breaks the "data silo"dilemma caused by dormant data and its disconnection from production management. Automatically generated process data is fed back to create a closed-loop fusion of AI and production digitization, providing solid data support for process improvement. We offer an integrated solution from inspection result persistence and visual traceability to process data feedback, helping enterprises deeply integrate quality data with their digital thread and quickly locate the source of problems in case of customer complaints.
(4) Full-Scenario Coverage & High-Precision Detection: Guaranteeing Zero-Defect Quality
We precisely cover core scenarios such as appearance defect detection (scratches, stains, deformations), feature point process quality inspection (missing/wrong assembly, assembly sufficiency), counting statistics, OCR text recognition (printed text, stamped characters), and 1D/2D code recognition. In real-world cases involving automotive parts, military electrode sheets, precision tools, safety component assembly, and security inspection, we have achieved zero critical defect, with a false alarm rate controlled below 0.3%, OCR recognition accuracy exceeding 99.9%, and an assembly correctness rate improved to 98%. This fundamentally eliminates quality and safety risks while enhancing the automation level of warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
